Reinforcement for our new management team | 80-100% We are rebuilding our leadership team and looking for an experienced Spitex personality who takes responsibility, leads people and shapes the future of our Spitex together with us. Your job with us As part of our leadership team and nursing team, you will combine leadership, organization and nursing practice:
- You lead, accompany and develop employees.
- You bring your experience to the management team, shape and take responsibility.
- You will perform the administrative and organizational tasks of your cadre function.
- You actively develop processes, quality and structures.
- You work regularly with our clients and stay on the pulse of care and close to the team.
This is you You are a seasoned Spitex personality with qualified nursing training (Dipl. nursing specialist), profound Spitex experience and ideally leadership or cadre experience. You can organize, decide and speak plainly – appreciatively and at eye level. Even if it gets turbulent, you keep track and tackle where it needs you. Why about us?
