- You take over the professional and organizational leadership of the team and ensure a smooth process in day-to-day business.
- You accompany new employees at the start, work them carefully and help them to quickly find their way into everyday work.
- You plan your team’s assignments ahead of time and are responsible for correct and reliable time tracking.
- You make sure that all technical equipment and equipment in the Activ Fitness regions assigned to you are operational and functional at all times.
- You coordinate planned and short-term maintenance work, implement it and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and execution.
- You are responsible for meeting budget requirements, carefully planning material requirements and coordinating cooperation with external partners.
