Main responsibilities

  • Actively support the management of the assigned portfolio of owned properties and rented objects
  • Responsible for drafting rental contracts for shops, apartments, and parking spaces, and conducting apartment viewings if necessary
  • Take responsibility for the management of parking spaces
  • Maintain and manage data and documents, taking responsibility for the filing system
  • Develop decision-making bases for internal stakeholders and supervisors
  • Organize and coordinate appointments and maintain active contact with internal and external tenants, craftsmen, and caretakers Requirements
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in real estate management
  • Completed vocational training (EFZ): as a commercial employee
  • You are flexible, resilient, and enjoy working in a team
  • You have strong communication skills, enjoy direct contact with people, and work independently and in a structured manner
