Role overview

Tasks

• Fresh bread and fresh baked goods are your passion. Therefore you run our department and give our customers an equally fresh shopping experience at any time.
• You are responsible for supply: thanks to you nothing is missing what the customer wishes, you bake bread and present it optimally.
• You are happy to share your great knowledge and advise your customers competently.
• You and your team are one thing: You lead it and at the same time ensure that everyone feels well.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your retail basic training or have you gained a lot of experience in sales? Great!
• You score points with us when you have already led people and experience in sales – for example in a similar function.
• Additional points are also available for your knowledge of bread and baked goods.
• You control German very well, in writing and orally.
• You are flexible regarding the operating times.
• Thinking about new systems is easy for you.
