Application process
- Prepare and review technical documentation, presentations, and patent applications Your background
- PhD or master's degree in physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline with strong grounding in semiconductor device physics
- Several years of experience in semiconductor R&D, including proven experience in leading and managing R&D teams
- Solid track record in people management, including performance management, coaching, and team development
- Extensive hands-on experience in power semiconductor devices (e.g.
- IGBTs, power MOSFETs, diodes, thyristors) or related applications
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical delivery through others in a complex R&D environment
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
