Mission
As part of this function, attached to our site of Flückiger Cadrans in St-Imier, you will be responsible for the organisation and management of the Quality Service.
You will define the necessary resources and workflows to ensure the smooth running of all activities according to the production plan and quality criteria defined by the Patek Philippe Poinçon.

- Develop quality culture with operational functions.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement, in close collaboration with production services, internal and external partners.

- Experience confirmed in imperative management.
- Significant experience in an industrial quality function.

- Experience in structuring or transforming a Quality organization.
- Experience in implementing performance management processes and systems
- Prior experience in the field of high-end dials or in the watchmaking sector an asset.
- Mastery of tools, methods and principles of quality and metrology.
