- Basic technical training, at HF/FH level, ideally with further training in quality management
- Several years of proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop and motivate organization and teams
- Experience in quality assurance of industrial manufacturing processes (e.g. mechanical/machining, cable, assembly, electroplating)
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working method
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- High quality and detail awareness as well as result orientation
- Demonstrable experience in the introduction and application of modern quality methods in the field of smart factory, data-driven production, advanced analytics
- Practical experience in the use of analytics or machine learning applications for error prevention, quality improvement or process optimization in the sense of QS 4.0

- Sound knowledge of relevant standards (EN 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)

- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
