Coordination of quality, environmental and safety concerns (QUS) of the center as a central start-up and hub for activities in these areas and networking of the various processes

  • Advice and support of the center management in the management system: review of legal compliance, implementation of hazard identification and risk assessments as well as application and implementation of the corresponding measures
  • Performing the central safety roles (work safety, radiation protection, hazardous goods, poison responsibility, information security and object protection), including maintaining the associated concepts and setting up the emergency organisation
  • Ensuring spatial and environmental concerns as RU supporter of the center according to the real estate concept VBS and integrating environmental concerns into processes and businesses
  • Responsibility for the quality and process management area: internal and external audits and controls, idea and complaints, surveys, project portfolio and controlling, TQM and business excellence
  • Training and sensitization of employees in QUS topics in German (minimum B2) and Italian, including coordination of external training, implementation of center-internal training as well as planning of priority programmes and campaigns This makes you unique
  • Basic technical or craft education, preferably supplemented by commercial or business education, or higher vocational training with 2–3 years of functionally relevant professional experience
  • Completed training as a security assistant/ASGS, attested by a Suva certificate or evidence of formal qualifications as part of a training supported by EKAS, or equivalent training, is advantageous
  • Professional training or knowledge in the areas of quality, process and project management, audits and controls, environmental management, occupational safety, hazardous goods, integral safety and business excellence are advantageous
