- Together with the team, overall responsibility for robotics and plant optimization projects in the logistics environment (“Brown Field”) will be assumed
- As a team leader, you lead a team of project managers (coaching & governance), but you also work as a project manager (60–80%)

Main responsibilities
- Together with the team, overall responsibility for robotics and plant optimization projects in the logistics environment (“Brown Field”) will be assumed
- As a team leader, you lead a team of project managers (coaching & governance), but you also work as a project manager (60–80%)
- As a project manager, you lead project teams of four to five project leaders.
- Responsibility for the robotics roadmap, determination of optimization potential at existing plants together with the operation and development of suitable solution concepts
- Implementation and support of research, analyses and calculations in the concept phases as well as presentation of findings to management
- High understanding of operational needs and dependencies and ensuring the smoothest possible implementation of plant extensions
- Active exchange with operational stakeholders (safety, technology, control room, etc.) Requirements
- 5+ years (senior/lead profile, with first management experience): Robotics & Automation Project Management in logistics (AGV/AMR, intralogistics)
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Project Management / Engineering
- Completed technical studies (ETH/UNI/FH) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
