Main responsibilities
- You work in operational case management and manage your case portfolio in an impact-oriented and proactive manner.

- You advise and accompany employees in complex health, psychosocial and workplace-related stress situations
- You advise our executives on absentee monitoring as well as on social security and support services
- You work actively and solution-oriented with all social security partners, network internally and ensure a coordinated approach
- You document the case management in compliance with data protection and the obligation of confidentiality
- You actively contribute to the further development of the absentee management processes and contribute your experience in a targeted manner Requirements
- You have a tertiary education degree in social work, psychology or business administration; alternatively via a commercial or social basic education with comparable further education (mandatory federal law).
- Social insurance and/or CAS Case Management
- You have already worked actively for several years as a Case Manager; Ideally in the social environment
