For the Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen we are looking for an employee / specialist health care 60-100 by appointment. % Your tasks
- You take on the day-to-day responsibility and ensure a smooth process in the day-to-day care.
- You actively participate in an optimal interdisciplinary cooperation.
- You are jointly responsible for the classification of residents by means of interRAI LTCF and RAI HC.
- You advise relatives as well as internal and external contacts competently and sensitively.
- You participate in the training of our learners and accompany them in their professional development.
- With your commitment, you shape a positive working atmosphere and promote an efficient and appreciative working environment.
You bring that with you
- Completed vocational training as FaGe EFZ, FA SRK, nurse of the elderly (with CH recognition), specialist long-term care, or equivalent training
- Knowledge of RAI- HC/ interRAI LTCF (of advantage)
- Further education in treatment care and preferably experience in geriatrics
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing (min B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication skills
- Good organisational skills and structured working methods
