- Representation of the payroll responsible in their absence
- Participation in the digitization and optimization of HR processes Participation in HR projects Requirements
- Swiss Federal Professional Certificate HR or comparable training
- Multi-year experience in the personnel (including wage)
- Well-founded knowledge in labour law and social security
- Safe handling of personnel systems and MS Office (experience with Abacus beneficial)
