Health EFZ with vocational training for the department of dementia 60 – 100%
Their tasks
- Holistic care and care of the guests in the sense of our care mission statement and the care process
- Assumption of tasks as a caregiver
- Participation in the care process and in the care needs classification with RAI among the assigned guests
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning and support of medical visits
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Assuming tasks as a topic carrier for a subject and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
- Independent assumption of responsibility for the entire station during the night shift
Vocational training
- You take responsibility for the training of learners in the training areas of trainees SRK, AGS, FaGe
- You will further develop this area together with those responsible for vocational training
- Participation in the selection of learners
- Contact person for the concerns of the different stakeholders (learner, parents, vocational school)
Your profile
- Completed training for/specialist health EFZ
- Completed vocational training course or the willingness to attend it (will be paid)
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoying multiple challenges
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
