- As a Technical Product Owner, together with the System Architect, you anchor the architectural vision and technical strategy and make their use for reliability and scalability of the platform visible.
- You translate architectural enablers and technical requirements into epics, features and actionable user stories and take the results from clear acceptance criteria and architectural standards.
- The quality, prioritization and control of the backlog is your responsibility, you define and appreciate entries transparently and check their business value.
- In PI Planning, you prepare content and support implementation through a clear presentation of architectural priorities, system-wide topics and identified dependencies.
- You coordinate dependencies between Scrum Teams and Agile Release Trains in a forward-looking manner and support the teams in implementing, integrating and continuously improving system quality and delivery flow.
- You ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security and reliability and present technical content in a business-relevant context.
