- Participation in roadmap and program backlog planning
- Höherer Abschluss in der Fachrichtung Marketing, E-Commerce, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft (HF, FH, Uni, ETH) oder vergleichbarer Bildungsweg
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Main responsibilities
- Control and prioritization of the e-commerce backlog within the SAFe framework
- Participation in roadmap and program backlog planning
- Translating business and customer goals into clear, actionable user stories
- Ensuring the definition of ready/done as well as the quality and performance goals
- Continuous conversion optimization through data-driven insights (KPIs)
- Close coordination with UX, IT, Marketing and Analytics for holistic e-commerce solutions
- End-to-end responsibility for the implementation, testing coordination and go-live support of e-commerce features and bug fixes
- Co-responsibility for the requirements definition and implementation of technical interfaces and for the stability, performance and monitoring of the online shop Requirements
- Higher degree in the field of marketing, e-commerce, computer science, business administration (HF, FH, Uni, ETH) or comparable educational path
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner or in a similar function
Key requirements

- Stilsicheres Deutsch zwingend, gute Englischkenntnisse und Französisch von Vorteil
