Your responsibilities As a Product Owner for clinical applications, you actively shape the digital future of our medical processes. Your work directly helps to ensure that doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals are efficiently employed and patients are optimally cared for. You work hand in hand with our out-sell partners and internal teams to provide our customers with an ever better service.

- Responsible for the configuration and operation of the KISIM clinic information system from Cistec and its medical systems at Zofingen. - Ensure the smooth processes, stability and performance of the systems. - Continuous development and optimization of the applications in close coordination with the specialist departments in order to optimally cover their needs and achieve process improvements.
- Active consulting and support of users in complex issues, conducting training courses tailored to target groups, and creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation. - Identify potentials for innovation and its evaluation, as well as implementing new functionalities or system integrations to increase the efficiency and quality of medical care. - Active involvement in care, customization and further development of other applications at group level.
- Close collaboration with the Group's specialist departments, external partners and IT teams to ensure integrated and future-proof IT solutions. - Includes and Changes's and Communications's operations, as well as coordination with suppliers in case of disruptions or adaptation needs.
- Experience in the configuration and supervision of hospital information systems in the inpatient field, KISIM of advantage
- Completed training in computer science with knowledge of clinical processes, basic medical training with high IT-A-spaniness or a comparable qualification
- A well-defined understanding of the process and the ability to analyze and convey complex facts.
- Strong communication skills and joy in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- High willingness to provide services, initiative and problem solving skills.
- Powerful, innovative and self-motivated team player with a strong Can-Do Attitude.
- Pleasure to work in a highly dynamic environment and to remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Co., Service Now and Jira is a plus.
- Native language German, good French and English skills.
