Role overview
Introduction For our Quality & Sustainability department, we are looking for a Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to lead active projects on various types (legislative, sustainability, product, building) by accompanying multidisciplinary teams in achieving the objectives missioned by the Directorate.
- Introduction For our Quality & Sustainability department, we are looking for a Project Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to lead active projects on various types (legislative, sustainability, product, building) by accompanying multidisciplinary teams in achieving the objectives missioned by the Directorate.
- Manage and coordinate projects in the Project Management Office sector
- Establish and monitor the various planning processes, with particular attention to timeliness, milestones and associated deliverables
- Build all contributors around the objectives and value the work of the team Profile Diploma of higher professional training
Main responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects in the Project Management Office sector
- Establish and monitor the various planning processes, with particular attention to timeliness, milestones and associated deliverables
- Manage the communication and reporting of the project
- Ensure the monitoring of the procedures and processes (e.g. risk management) of the Group in collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholders
- HES engineer, ES technician or equivalent – ideally completed with a certification in project management
- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in the field of complex project management in industry (knowledge of product and watchmaking environment a plus)
- Good communication capacity, natural leadership and relational ease
