Tasks

• You shape care in old-age psychiatry sustainably and contribute decisively to its further development.

• You have a key role in integrated care within the age psychiatry and with external stakeholders
• You coach the nursing staff during assessments and processes in complex care situations for greater safety and professionalism.

• You initiate and lead discussions on taboo and stigmatized topics as well as ethical decision-making Requirements
• You have a Master of Science in Nursing degree
• You are able to work in a team, are enthusiastic, goal-oriented and can combine scientific knowledge with practice
• You are ready to lead specialist workshops and bring a high level of consulting expertise
• Ideally, you have nursing experience in the psychiatric and somatic environment.
