Main responsibilities
- Examination of book holdings against target stocks according to supplier invoices
- Booking and communication of differences to the mandate management
- Calculation and booking of balance sheet definitions at the reference dates
- Taking of item compensation of open-post managed accounts
- Preparation of statistics and self-declarations for the entire customer portfolio
- Timely monitoring of logistics invoice check
- Reporting of missing goods entries to the shop managers Clearing of differences with migrolino AG
Key requirements
- 1-2 years: as a clerk in the financial or trust field
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): in the commercial field - at the moment in the or completed further training to the clerk in the material field*in Treuhand or RW IT-A Sustainability Speditive, independent working method
