- Hands-on Account Management
- Campaign ownership: Plan, build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns for our HQ international accounts across platforms.
- Full-funnel setup: Define the structure from awareness to conversion: audiences, bidding, placements, catalogue and Advantage+ Shopping setups and remarketing across 20+ subsidiaries.
- Creative testing: Run a structured creative testing programme (hooks, formats, UGC vs. produced, influencer content) and turn results into briefs for our creative partner and organic team.
- Optimisation: Own budget pacing, bid strategy and audience optimisation to improve incremental return and creative efficiency.
- Agency Steering & Market Guidance
- Agency management: Steer our external paid media agencies on the scope they execute: briefs, check-ins, performance reviews, audits and accountability to agreed benchmarks.
- Market guidance: Act as the paid social reference for local markets and their agencies: review plans, set standards and best practices, support launches.
- Budget management: Manage the paid social budget across platforms, markets and campaigns; own pacing.
- Digital Asset Management: Oversee the DAM platform for local markets, keeping assets organised, current and easy to order; train and support local teams in using it.
- Measurement & Collaboration
- Data analysis & reporting: Analyse performance in Ads Manager, GA4 and our reporting stack; deliver actionable insights to the team, markets and leadership.
- Measurement: Contribute to our incrementality work (brand lift, conversion lift, geo tests) and keep pixel, CAPI and event setups clean with our data partners.
- Creative and organic collaboration: Work closely with the organic social and influencer team and the creative partner so all content follows one creative direction.
- Platform intelligence: Stay ahead of Meta, TikTok and other platform automation developments and bring relevant innovations into our setup.
- Profile
- Creative judgement: A sharp eye for what works in social creative and the ability to brief creative teams; ideally in luxury, fashion, design or lifestyle brands.
- Agency and stakeholder management: Experience steering agencies and working with contacts across markets and cultures.
- Mindset: Rigorous, structured and curious; comfortable owning results in a small team with a large international scope.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into clear, accessible language.
- Professional requirements
Platform expertise: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-market paid social accounts on Meta, TikTok, Snap and emerging platforms, brand or agency side. You have run accounts yourself, not only steered them.
- Technical depth: Strong command of Advantage+, catalogue and Shopping setups, audience strategy, CAPI and events; comfortable with creative testing frameworks.
- Analytics: Proficiency in GA4, Meta and TikTok measurement and visualisation tools (Looker Studio or similar). Able to connect media metrics to revenue and incremental impact.
- Certifications: Meta Blueprint and TikTok certifications are a plus.
- Languages
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- French or German: An advantage.
