The Universitary Psychiatric Center Bern (UPZ) offers comprehensive psychiatric care from early diagnosis to outpatient, day-inpatient and inpatient treatment up to rehabilitation over the entire life span. As a university hospital, the UPZ makes a significant contribution to special care as well as education, teaching and research. The University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy sees itself as an innovative, dynamic part of this hospital structure for the care of mentally ill children and adolescents from 0 to 18 years. Would you like to be part of a motivated and ambitious team of the University Hospital for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the location in Biel/Bienne? We work closely with educational and psychological leaders in trial teams. You get to know different focus areas and can develop further in them. We are happy to support you in your new field of activity as a leader and are close to you supervisory. Our (psycho-)therapeutic focuses are broadly diversified with specialization in dialectical-behavorial therapy, systemic therapy (multi-family therapy), depth psychological and exploring therapy. Are you already a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy or psychiatry and psychotherapy? We are looking for reinforcements for our team at the bilingual location in Biel.

Your tasks
- You are responsible for child and adolescent psychiatric diagnosis and therapy in close interdisciplinary cooperation with our team in the Biel region
- You can be responsible for the ambulatory, the outpatient crisis intervention or the two day clinics
- You take part in the specialist willingness to call
- You will take on leadership and training tasks in the assigned clinical units
- Need-based support and support in your professional, personal and leadership development
- Participation in the further development of clinical concepts in close cooperation with a committed, multidisciplinary team
Your profile
- You have successfully acquired a specialist title in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry
- You speak German at level C1 and can also speak French. Knowledge of French at level B2 is desirable
- You want to develop linguistically
- You are motivated to apply diagnostic and treatment concepts according to current evidence-based guidelines and to contribute to the further development of the treatment offer
- You want to take on the challenge to lead professionally and personnel competently
- You can professionally assess different situations and react flexibly and competently
- You have good communication skills, are calm, cooperative and lead authoritatively
