Role overview
End-to-End Ownership: You take ownership of a real, end-to-end project, from understanding operational needs to delivering a standardized, scalable alerting framework.
Stakeholder Needs: You engage with different teams to identify critical monitoring requirements and analyzing which events truly require alerting versus noise reduction.
Grafana Alerting: You build and configure alerts in Grafana based on data from PostgreSQL, defining thresholds, triggers, and escalation logic.
- End-to-End Ownership: You take ownership of a real, end-to-end project, from understanding operational needs to delivering a standardized, scalable alerting framework.
- Stakeholder Needs: You engage with different teams to identify critical monitoring requirements and analyzing which events truly require alerting versus noise reduction.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English; German is an advantage.
- Availability: You are available for a full-time 6-month internship, ideally starting in September 2026. What we offer: During BSc & MSc: CHF 2,000 per month
