For our hotel service team at Klinik Beau-Site, we are looking for a committed and attentive personality who, with friendliness, organizational talent and team spirit, has the well-being of our patients in mind. YOUR TASKS

• Together with your teammates, you are responsible for the entire room management
• You will receive and support our patients at the entrance as well as during the entire stay
• As part of performance management, you respond to the wishes and needs of our patients and their guests and work together with care, kitchen, reception and housekeeping.
• You order meals according to medical guidelines via the electronic ordering system Cuvos and serve them
• You are responsible for a comfortable atmosphere in the rooms and responsible for the room furnishings according to insurance classes
• For our services you ensure a correct billing

Your profile

• You have experience in hospitality or gastronomy
• You have anchored the “host gene” in your DNA
• A high level of social competence and reliability distinguish you
• You are a communicative, service-oriented, tech-savvy and sociable personality
• In a dynamic environment, you feel comfortable and appreciate the benefits of weekend assignments and irregular working hours.
• We require very good knowledge of German for this activity, every other foreign language is welcome
