Company and context
- You are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the organizational unit «Services (4 employees), which comprises the following areas: regulatory system, risk control, master data, payment transactions, accounting, compliance, security, computer science and infrastructure
- In cooperation with our Board of Directors and the Bank Management, you shape and develop the future of our Bank and bring your ideas and perspectives to the table.
- You assume responsibility for managing and monitoring compliance risks (especially VSB/GW, investment business, data protection, cross-border) as well as preparing bank accounts and the annual budget
- Together with your team, you ensure the smooth and efficient handling of daily business and contribute to the maintenance of the high quality standards of our bank.
- What do you bring?
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in the back office, operations or service environment in banking
- Practical experience in the field of compliance and regulations in the financial sector
- Completed higher banking education and/or higher business/legal education (Uni/FH or equivalent)
- Very good conceptual and analytical skills as well as experience in the implementation of process optimizations and digital solutions
- High personal responsibility, team and service orientation as well as the ability to set priorities and maintain an overview in a broad area of responsibility
