Your sphere of activity – helping to shape instead of just working

• Co-create & take responsibility: You bear co-responsibility for the medical care of our patients and actively shape the internistic and family medical offer with your professional expertise
• Connecting Praxis & Spital: Together with a dedicated team, you will continue to expand our family practice with plenty of room for your medical ideas and experience. At the same time, you provide networked, high-quality care in close cooperation with the medical department and the hospital specialists.
• Innovation & further development: You will actively develop the internistic offer at the Langnau location and bring new ideas to the practice and hospital work
• Training with heart and mind: You accompany assistant doctors on their way, pass on your knowledge with joy and foresight and promote professional development in the team
• Connected & human: As a medical contact person, you maintain an open, appreciative exchange with family doctors in the region and, if necessary, take care of home care in cooperation with nursing institutions
