• Independent support of hematological consultation hours and therapies in the modern facilities of the hospital center in MEDIN Biel
• Active participation and moderation of interdisciplinary tumor boards
• Cooperation and maintaining good relations with the assigning doctors
• Participation in the training of junior doctors and nursing staff
• Commitment in the sense of increasing optimization of cooperation and processes
• Consultative care of inpatients

• Specialist title Hematology or equivalent with MEBEKO recognition, or shortly before completion of specialist training
• Ability to conduct a hematological consultation
• Respectful, solution-oriented, integrative personality with an interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and good communication skills
• Quality awareness with a focus on safe, efficient and resource-efficient processes
• Engagement in the further and further training of the hematological junior (doctors and nurses)
• Language competence German or French at the level of mother tongue with knowledge of the other language
