In this role, at Zurich Switzerland, you will strengthen the Claims division in the Claim Center Online Team Bern and make an important contribution to our joint success. You will independently process online reported claims in motor vehicle, private and household contents insurance and coordinate the appropriate measures for our customers. You will manage our online channels, work closely with repair partners and vehicle experts and develop these channels together with the team.

• You prepare online reported claims in the areas of motor vehicle, private liability and household contents insurance and process them independently
• You manage our online channels
• You organize and coordinate the appropriate measures to solve the diverse concerns of our customers
• You work closely with our repair partners and vehicle experts.
• You actively support the further development of our online channels and implement new ideas together in the team.

This sets you apart

• Commercial education, preferably with experience in the insurance industry
• High affinity for modern communication systems as well as IT skills;
• initiative, flexible, team capable and resilient personality with good communication skills;
• High customer orientation and a service and solution-oriented approach;
• Stylistic German in word and writing, every other foreign language is an advantage.
