- You set up one or more production facilities, operate and monitor them.
- You fix disruptions and perform minor repairs.
Main responsibilities
- You set up one or more production facilities, operate and monitor them.

- You control the quality of the manufactured products.
- You are responsible for the training, guidance and control of operations personnel.
- You optimize the processes and plants as part of our Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: beneficial in the food sector or industrial environment
- Completed basic or further training: as a food technologist, milk technologist, baker, cook, etc. or a technical training (e.g. plant operator, plastics technologist, etc.)
- German (very good knowledge): B1 language level is mandatory
- Technical understanding and pleasure in the operation, care and optimization of modern plants
- Readiness for shift work (3-4 shifts) and corresponding mobility
