- The IT specialist applications Occupation Planning (BELPLAN), Centralized Shooting Indicators (ZenSA) and InfraScout Militia lead army-wide as well as their planning, leadership, deployment, training and controlling at the level of the army and ensure the necessary basics
- Planning, analyzing and assessing the further development of the systems as responsible project manager, leading specialized teams and defining the technical requirements and responsible for their implementation
- Planning the basics for financing the required hardware and software, managing access rights and user profiles, as well as ensuring basic data management and up-to-date system and GEO data
- The BELPLAN users support and advise, supervise the connected branch offices and act as responsible superusers for external system users
- Design, plan and implement training courses for specialized applications in the official languages, and develop and update training documents and application manuals
- Representing the IT aspects of service planning and occupancy coordination in internal and external committees, drafting reports and opinions, answering inquiries and analysing, assessing and preparing data and transactions for line managers
- University of applied sciences degree or higher specialist training in a field relevant to the function (e.g. computer science, project management) with 2-3 years of functionally relevant experience
- Very good computer science knowledge in the areas of databases, MS products and GEO applications
- In-depth knowledge of project management and project management methods, in particular HERMES
- Active oral and written knowledge in two official languages and passive knowledge in the third official language
