Your role in the team Together with the four-member team Payroll, you ensure the correct wage processing for around 2,200 employees. You can expect a dynamic and appreciative environment with plenty of room for development and design. Your main tasks Manage Payroll: Perform monthly payment and booking runs independently, control and maintain mutations. Share responsibility: Secure the comprehensive handling of all wage issues. Solve special cases: self-responsible handling and handling of social security issues. Advise & support: inform employees and managers competently about wage accounting and time management. Optimize processes: actively maintain and further develop wage systems as well as payroll and time management processes. Project contributors: to help shape the upcoming harmonization of wage systems and employment conditions (including pension funds) of Domicil and Spitex.
Requirements
- Well-founded practice as an HR/Payroll specialist: with in-depth knowledge and networked thinking.
- (Project) experience in the area of system or conditional harmonization is a big plus.
- Reliable, exact, independent and strong in service orientation.
- Team-ready, flexible and ready to take on professional responsibility.
- Knowledge of Abacus (Wage), Perigon & RTM (Time Recording)
