Full description

• Ensure year-round operation of the army kitchen in cooperation with the head of the army kitchen
• Responsible for the kitchen management (storage, production, delivery and return)
• Implement the legal requirements in the area of food safety and technical regulations
• The subordinate chefs and assigned food officers of the militia lead and ensure practical training
• Responsible for the practical training of learner cooks
• Chef/chef (fed FA) with functional experience (sous-chef/fe or chef/in)
• Several years of professional experience (mainly in collective gastronomy)
• Experience in learning and adult education
• Military training desired (cadre)
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
• Category B driving licence
