This is what awaits you: In this role, you are part of the CISO office and, together with internal and external stakeholders, continue to shape the resilience, security and business continuation of the Mobiliar Group. In doing so, you will contribute to developing, coordinating and continuously improving the corresponding framework conditions, specifications and processes throughout the Group. This is what you do with us: You have the group-wide responsibility of Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management. In addition, you will be responsible for the Corporate Resilience Management of the Mobiliar Group in the 2nd Line of Defence and integrate it into the cyber strategy of the CISO Office. With an implementation-oriented and conscientious working method, you develop the Group-wide resilience strategy further, prioritize measures to strengthen resilience and accompany their implementation together with the responsible units. You identify and assess risks in the areas of business continuity and security and ensure appropriate governance. You work closely with the CISO Office, departments, risk management and leaders. In addition, you continuously develop the COREM instructions and guidelines and ensure their effective implementation. In future, as the central contact person for crisis management, you will coordinate and lead the Group-wide crisis team and support the organisation in crisis situations and special events. With your connecting nature, you bring together different stakeholder groups, represent the furniture in relevant committees and motivate other, joint solutions. This is what you bring with you:

• University degree or higher education in risk management, resilience management, safety management or a comparable field of expertise
• Several years of professional experience in business continuity management, IT service continuity management and crisis and event management
• Sovereign appearance and addressee-oriented communication towards different stakeholders, even in demanding or unclear situations
• Experience in coordinating people and teams in crisis or change situations and providing orientation
• Conscientious, responsible and implementation-oriented
