- You design, review and negotiate contracts and other agreements
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for legal advice for management and specialist areas
- You design, review and negotiate contracts and other agreements
- You create and revise forms and instructions
- You conduct legal investigations and process customer complaints
- You answer court inquiries (bankruptcies, executions, account suspensions, investigations) You work in cross-departmental projects
- You take over the legal advice of the Vorsorgestiftung & Freiheitsstiftung Requirements
- Completed law studies (Master of Law / MLaw, Swiss law);
- Lawyer's patent or additional training is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of contract law, company law, financial market law
- Several years of professional experience in legal Negotiable German and English; French skills are a plus
