In our nursery at Werkstätten Bern, you can expect a wide range of tasks in horticulture – from professional care and maintenance to the creative redesign of green areas for the UPZ and our external customers. You combine your craftsmanship with social commitment: You accompany people with mental impairments in everyday work. Together, you create green living spaces and make a valuable contribution to professional and social participation.
Your tasks
- You plan your work largely independently in consultation with the garden management
- You support our discerning private customers and the UPZ field stations
- You participate in the winter service as well as in cross-location projects
- You are engaged in the continuous development of our processes and quality standards
Your profile
- You have an education as a landscaper EFZ, ideally with a few years of professional experience
- You like to work independently and keep an overview even in a lively environment
- You have a good feeling for people and joy in sharing your knowledge
- You are familiar with the common Microsoft Office programs
- You have a category B driving licence
