- For the professional, personnel and organizational management of our committed laboratory team, we are looking for agreement in the context of succession planning following retirement.
- Professional, personnel and organizational leadership of the laboratory team (biomedical analysts: inside, intern: in) at the Burgdorf location, together with your deputy – with an appreciative, communicative and authentically shaped leadership understanding
- Ensuring smooth and efficient laboratory operation around the clock (24/7) in a polyvalent working environment in the following areas: hematology, clinical chemistry, hemostasis, immunohaematology, microbiology and POCT
- Guarantee plausibility of all analytical results and evaluation and release of laboratory values
- Ensure the functioning of the analysers at all times or ensure equivalent processing of samples.
- Monitoring quality management and promoting positive error culture through prevention-oriented error management
- Responsible for resource-saving service and deployment planning as well as participation in night, weekend and pikett service as required
- Organisation of induction, promotion and further training of new employees:inside and intern:inside
- Further development and optimization of processes, methods and laboratory informatics as well as future-oriented management of equipment
- Creating an environment in which employees can work motivated, safe and inspired.
