Tasks
In our 2nd class, you will create a varied and inspiring lesson that awakens the children’s curiosity and strengthens their joy of learning. They take the different needs and learning paths of the students attentively, promote them individually and accompany their development with appreciative feedback. With a clear and cordial class leadership, you create a learning-promoting cooperation and strengthen social learning. Together with the step and specialist teams, you plan the next learning steps, exchange ideas about the children’s learning development and contribute your perspectives to school conferences.
Requirements
They have completed training or are still in training and are ready to take on the class teacher function. Teamwork is important to you. With your strong relationship competence, you respond to the individual needs of the children, create clear structures and promote a positive learning atmosphere. They communicate appreciatively with children, parents and the college and bring openness to new things and the willingness to actively shape our school.
