Tasks

• You lead interdisciplinary and group-wide projects for the implementation of our corporate strategy and are supported by an experienced project manager
• You control all project activities from strategy development to implementation – from the implementation of workshops and research on trends and innovations, to the creation and presentation of decision-making bases for management and the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
• You are responsible for meeting budget requirements and controlling results
• You work closely with the management and all departments of the headquarters, as well as the decentralized markets and regional warehouses

Requirements

• You have relevant professional experience over several years and have further education at university or university of applied sciences (business administration, marketing or similar)
• Ideally, you have your first professional experience in project management
• You convince through a high level of initiative, assertiveness and teamwork
• You have a high service orientation and resilience
