As a Quality Master and member of the interdisciplinary management teams of the two release trains Neo and Attack, you are responsible for the test process and ensure the quality of our insurance products. You coordinate ART and cross-cutting tests of the products with the technical platforms on which they are running, support the acceptance of new features and advance the further development of the test process with a focus on test automation.

You can do this with us: you take responsibility for all cross-art and stream tests – from conception & strategy, implementation & coordination to meaningfulness of the test activities. You make sure that our tests are targeted and documented, cover relevant risks and deliver real added value. In addition, you take over the management of the business testers and quality engineers from the regional and QS departments.

In your role, you define and develop the QS process for the modernization and further development of our insurance products in close coordination with the ART Troika. As a permanent member, you actively participate in the ceremonies of the ART Troikas and consistently engage in the QS view. In stakeholder management, you represent the QS interests of the ARTs actively and appropriately.

You monitor QS effectiveness in the feature teams using meaningful metrics and support product managers in the acceptance of features. The further development of the test process with a focus on test automation is a special concern for you. You also work closely with the other Quality Masters to accompany Epic Owner in the final acceptance of portfolio epics.

In coordination with the Quality Architect and the Quality Masters of other ARTs, you will ensure a common understanding of QS methodology, standards and the use of test tools to ensure that quality is consistently and sustainably secured across all ARTs.

This is what you will be bringing

• Completed training in computer science, business information technology or a similar field of expertise
• Experience as a test manager/Quality master or several years of experience as a quality engineer with further development ambitions
• Experience in insurance, ideally from product development or classic product management, of advantage
• Proven experience in the development and optimization of test processes and concepts as well as in the implementation of test automation projects
• Certifications in the year 2006 e.g.

(ISTQB Advanced Level) and/or iSQI Certified Agile Tester are a plus

• familiar with SAFe and agilen methods as well as experience in working with apex product management, architecture and feature teams
• communicative, proactive and team-oriented personality with a strong logic-systematic thinking and management skills
• excellent German skills and good knowledge in English
