We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction (PAT) Suite. YOUR CHALLENGE

- Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 2mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
- Strong stakeholder navigation skills balanced by the ability to challenge constructively and maintain position where require
Key requirements
- Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 2mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
- Strong stakeholder navigation skills balanced by the ability to challenge constructively and maintain position where require
- Compliance or Personal Account Transaction (PAT) know-how of advantage
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
- Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how e.g. ceremonies
- Very good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management with a can-do spirit
- Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
- Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
