- LifeCycle Management of the supported applications (update and release management)

- Coordination, specifications and evaluation of new system requirements
- Parameterizations of applications and their interfaces
- Participation and assumption of IT project tasks and sub-project management
- Preparation of training concepts and documentation
- Close cooperation with the specialist areas (finance, controlling, patient administration, medical controlling, HR), external service providers and manufacturers
- Deputy in the clinical IT application area and representation of the IT service desks What distinguishes you
- Training in computer science/medical informatics and professional experience in a comparable role
- Enjoyment of customer-oriented IT service provision
- Quick comprehension and a strong technical understanding
- Friendly and team-oriented personality with a strong service mentality
- Healthcare professional experience as well as experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Polypoint PEP and Microsoft Power BI are beneficial
- Knowledge of the integration of applications (e.g.
via Mirth Connect) is an advantage
