You are part of corporate communication and work at the interface between digital platforms, analytics and communication. Together with agile development teams and various organizational units, you will help shape our intranet as a central information and service platform.

This is what you do with us

You ensure that intranet pages and services are clearly structured, understandable and intuitive. Through your consulting and project management, you support internal areas in the targeted and effective implementation of their content on the intranet and strengthen the quality of the digital presences. You use AI to create and structure content efficiently. With tests of new functions and upgrades, you and the team ensure a stable and modern operation of the intranet. You also use quantitative and qualitative user data specifically to identify optimization potential for further development.

In addition, you coordinate the reporting activities of corporate communications. This provides transparency about the impact of our activities and provides data-based decision-making bases for corporate communication and other organizational units.

This is what you bring with you

• Experience in dealing with digital platforms, ideally on the intranet on SharePoint basis or web environment
• Understanding corporate communication and enjoying the comprehensible preparation of content
• Strong interest in usability, information architecture and user-oriented design
• Analytical skills for evaluating usage data and feedback as well as for deriving recommendations for action
• Experience in dealing with reporting tools for various communication areas and openness to the use of AI in everyday work
• Structured, independent and team-oriented working method with high quality orientation
• Flowing knowledge of German, further language skills are advantageous
