- At least 5 years: of experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector.
- Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science): Completed MBA or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
Main responsibilities
- Drive business growth in coffee-compatible capsule markets across Western Europe and North America.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for international FMCG food markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
Key requirements
- At least 5 years: of experience in an international FMCG company, ideally in the food or coffee sector.
- Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science): Completed MBA or Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business administration, economics, marketing, or a related field.
- Expertise in the FMCG food industry; coffee experience is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%).
