• Professional care and care of patients
• Share responsibility for an evidence-based quality of care and participation in the continuous improvement process
• Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented cooperation within the interprofessional support team
• Ensuring future expertise through motivated accompaniment and support of our trainees

• Diploma as nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience in the field of surgery or the desire to be able to develop professional experience
