Are you passionate about media and digital learning?

Then design modern e-learning offers for command training with us! In your varied everyday work, you develop and produce digital learning content, create interactive learning modules and support the media-friendly transfer of knowledge on modern learning platforms. From conception to design to publication, you will actively participate in exciting e-learning projects and learn how digital education is implemented in a target group-friendly manner. You can make this contribution

• Develop interactive learning modules using software such as Articulate 360 or Vyond

• Create, edit and adapt graphic and audiovisual media for digital learning

• For projects, pick up needs of internal customers and independently develop solutions

• Manage and design the e-learning environment of the Swiss Army and carry out administrative work

• Support and advise e-learning authors and administrators

• Learning to take responsibility in a team

• Completed compulsory schooling (level of secondary school or secondary school with 10th year) with good grades and good assessment of working and learning behaviour

• Rapid comprehension combined with active thinking and proactive inquiry into uncertainties

Diversity, dynamism, perspectives – teaching professions of the Swiss Army The training command (Kdo Ausb) is responsible for training within the Swiss army – from recruitment to general basic training to cadre training for the militia and the professional military. The Kdo Ausb includes the higher cadre training, the personnel of the army, five teaching associations, the training center as well as the Women in the Army and Diversity Department. One third of the approximately 2,350 employees work in civilian professions in the scientific, technical, medical, psychological, administrative or sports sector and contribute to success together with the professional military.

The Swiss Army employs more than 9,000 people in four military and around 200 civilian occupations – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: The Swiss Army trains learners in more than 30 professions.
