Role overview

• Form the specialist center for about 2,000 Windows systems, coordinate operational tasks organization-wide; in the event of complex disturbances act as an escalation authority

• Develop automated workflows for server deployment and configuration management (IaC) to consistently eliminate manual intervention

• Design and build high-availability Windows server infrastructures
• Management systems technologically further developed at the pulse of time

• As a security anchor in the Windows environment, implement system hardenings according to CIS benchmarks
• Ensure compliance throughout the environment

• Integrate programmable interfaces (APIs) to standardize value creation processes and increase operational efficiency

• Required degree as computer scientist/EFZ; a further education at the level of specialist card (FA) or higher technical school (HF) of great advantage

• Several years of practice in the Windows-OnPrem ecosystem & operation of large server platforms
• In-depth knowledge of PowerShell Automation & Orchestration (Ansible)

• Experienced handling of security issues such as system hardening and CIS compliance

• Routine in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong coordination skills
• Strong communication skills
