- The Digital & Technology division is responsible for controlling and managing the information systems of the Biel Hospital Center and its subsidiaries in accordance with the institution’s strategy.
- To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ICT System Specialist from now on or by agreement, 100% Operation & Continuous Improvement (Run) Level 2 Support: Processing tickets, diagnosis and fixing common disruptions in the areas of virtualization, storage, data backup, Windows and Linux.
- Daily review of backup operations, monitoring and handling of infrastructure alerts, reviewing reports, fixing frequent errors, escalating complex cases.
- Ongoing operation of virtualization platforms, maintenance tasks, installation of patches.
- Monitoring the operation of storage solutions (Pure Storage, DELL/EMC, Brocade).
- Execution of the operational tasks defined by the ICT systems engineer or ICT technical architect.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of the operating conditions of Windows and Linux servers, storage infrastructures and data centers.
- Coordination with the network team (networks) to integrate requirements into the server and virtualization infrastructures.
