- Support and forwarding of non-directly removable ICT tickets to the competent specialist offices
- Support and information of the sales front in the implementation of new functions and processes
- Collaboration in computer science projects that affect the sales front incl.
- Support of specialist departments in user acceptance tests
- On-site sales staff support for new openings Requirements
- Completed vocational apprenticeship and high IT affinity
- Practical experience of the monetary and commodity processes as well as the general processes in a retail outlet incl. very good user knowledge of POS software as well as pleasure in dealing with computer systems of sales outlets
- Good oral knowledge in French and/or Italian Category B driving licence
- Readiness for shift and Saturday work as well as pikettdienst
