Main responsibilities

  • In your role as HR specialist 60-70 you are the central contact person for HR topics in the areas of nursing and staff.
  • You will independently process the administrative personnel processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle – from recruitment to entry to exit.
  • In addition, you will support managers and employees in all personal-relevant issues.
  • The scope of the tasks also includes the following activities:
  • Support and advice for supervisors and employees on all questions concerning employment conditions, social security and personnel law
  • Regular HR evaluations, budget and forecasting of posts, calculation of allowances, writing of work certificates and absence management
  • Close cooperation with controlling, the central personnel department of UZH and various authorities Requirements: You convince by safe appearance and with the following qualifications: A commercial basic training incl.
  • Continuing training as a staff assistant:in or personnel specialist with FA mandatory
  • Perennial experience in human resources in a comparable position; experience in the personnel law of the canton of Zurich advantageous
  • Good knowledge in the field of work permits, social security benefits and BVG

  • German native language and good English language skills in word and writing
