Their main tasks

• First contact person for our internal customers for user questions and IT problems
• Installations, maintenance and configuration of IT workstations and POS systems (hardware and software)
• Processing of system- and application-related faults and problems via e-mail and telephone (first- and second-level support)
• Participation in IT infrastructure projects and management of subprojects
• Performing on side hours and weekends of piquetting and assignments

Your profile

• Completed IT training
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft client and server products and knowledge of network and firewall distribution management
• Team-capable person with a structured, customer-oriented way of working
• Driving licence Cat. B
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing
