Your design space

• Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational HR division of BKW Building Solutions with locations in Ostermundigen and Urdorf as well as regular presence in Bulle
• Development and implementation of a future-oriented HR roadmap, tailored to the requirements of the business area and the Group-wide HR strategy
• Responsibility for the further development of the HR focuses Administration, Payroll and strategic Learning & Development in order to sustainably strengthen the proximity to the approximately 40 associated and largely independently managed companies
• Strategic advice to the management as well as active participation in transformations, reorganizations and the further development of the corporate culture
• Leadership of the HR team as well as promotion of an HR organization that reaches and accompanies different professional groups – in particular employees in commercial-technical functions – in accordance with target groups

Your strengths

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology or a comparable discipline with a focus on human resources management
• Several years of experience in a senior HR function with responsibility for strategic HR topics and their successful implementation
• Practice in the development or development of modern HR organizations as well as in the design of HR Business Partnering and service-oriented HR services
• Experience in Learning & Development as well as a good understanding of different target groups and decentralized organizational structures
• In-depth knowledge of employment law as well as a secure handling of HR systems and digital work equipment
• Very good knowledge of German and French as well as pleasure in giving orientation as a visionary personality and promoting changes together with business
